What exactly is billed?
One workspace, in USD. Monthly plans are $49, $149 or $399. Annual billing charges $470.40, $1,430.40 or $3,830.40 once per year, a 20% reduction. This fictional demo does not process payments.
Can I explore before choosing a plan?
Yes. The public product tour works without an account. Request demo access to record your interest, or book a guided walkthrough. No card is required and an access request does not start a paid subscription.
What happens when I reach a limit?
Review your current usage before adding more members, accounts or integrations. The plan limits are explicit; this demo does not automatically upgrade a plan or charge overage fees.
Which plan includes the API and audit trail?
Scale includes API access and the audit log. Growth adds account health and renewal views. Every plan includes the shared work queue. Workspace permissions still apply to each capability.
Can I change or cancel?
An admin reviews the destination plan, effective date and consequences before confirming a subscription change. Northstar’s demo models those decisions without making real charges. Read the billing guide for the distinction between a request and a completed change.
